Does CSA offer a wireless connection for laptops? If not, is there a computer room?

There is both! If you stay near the Great House (we were in a Garden Verandah Suite) - you can usually pick up the signal and they have a code to access the wifi. But there is also the internet cafe in the Great House.

Yes to both. wifi in the room can be spotty at times. Computers available in the the lounge in the Greathouse.

Yes to both!

In room wireless was slow at times, but not unbearable.

Yes to both questions although the WiFi may be spotty in some areas.

Yes, but it is over saturated. Was never an issue on our other trips, so I bet couples is handling the issue.

Or it could just be that every guest has a few devices (kindles, ipads, laptops, etc) anymore so the same bandwidth does not only go to us geeks.

Yes & yes. WiFi pretty much resort wide. Just ask for a voucher when you check in. Computer room is in the Great House 2nd floor.

There is good WiFi throughout the resort and there is also a computer room for those who travel sans electronics.

Do I need to set up something with my internet provider to use it on my ipad, or if I'm connected to wifii it will be free?
