My computer was acting up, or so I thought, so I was negligent on my last few days for updates. I get home and everything is fine. It must have been the Wifi connection on my verandah.
Friday and Saturday were very windy. It would get down to 70 F at night. We always sleep with the shutters open, so from 2 am til 7 am it was a little cool. I still wore shorts on my stroll to the Palms for morning coffee. After sunrise the temperature would warm up.
We had lobster at the Palms and at Patois on Saturday night. My wife wanted to try it at both places. We asked for butter on the side and both place were able to provide a small dish of melted butter. We had a salad and lobster at the Palms at 6:30 and then went to Patois for soup and lobster at 8 pm. We were stuffed. Excellent food at either place.
We took TimAir back to MoBay on Sunday. TimAir now comes in at the end of the International terminal. Two fewer people to tip, no shuttle ride and the TimAir baggage guy took us right up to the American counter. No line at all, until we went through security. 45 minutes in line to get screened. We had time to grab a beer and then down to gate 1. Your carry on gets checked again and everyone gets patted down before you get on the plane.
We had a great trip. All we do is sit on the beach, each lunch, sit on the beach, shower, eat dinner, in bed by 9, every day!! We only had rain one morning. It was done by 9 am and the sun was out by 10. It was windy and the ocean was rough, but still a great time.

I have a few items that I forgot to mention.
Two new beach huts were being built while we were there. They should be complete by now. More shade.
Phillip, the gardener, is over at the nursery. We saw him on our last day. He had planted new palm trees, along the beach, and was over watering them
We made a new friend. This cat would come to our door and have breakfast with us. It was a very sweet cat.
There were several new floaties. Finding a chair was never a problem.

I'm ALMOST sure that's the same cat that was around the resort in 08!!! Thanks for posts. I can't wait to return home in May!!!

Yaz, Awww, the cat certainly did make a friend w/you! How nice! Makes me sigh a little cuz it looks exactly like our 1st cat, Tigger. He was an awesome cat and went to heaven many years ago. Yeah mon, we still miss him though. Anyway we'll have to hope he/she comes and visits w/us too! I have to smile @ the man watching the guys build the palapa(s). It looks as though he would've loved to have lent a helping hand. Thanks again for your posts! Loved them all. Razzl

Hi Tom--we were looking for you this year. We extended our stay to 11 days, since we only made one trip to CSA this year.
Did you ever get to Our Past Time?
We may have to make a December trip this year. Daughter #1 is moving from Chicago back to Peoria and is getting married on November 20th!!
