So we are planning our 2011 trip and we had a few questions? We were looking at the Beach front suite and were wondering if the decks are larger that the veranda one? Also do these suite come with a mini bar? And Finally have they made the bathroom walls go all the way up to the ceiling or is that only in the BFVS? We stayed in a garden view room before and had no problem with the bathroom, it's just this time we are going with friends.
I was wondering if anyone had any additional pics of these rooms that they may want to share??
Finally we were also looking at the great house jacuzzi suite and were wondering if it's worth the money. From what I remember is the pool bar can get pretty noisy. Any thoughts?

Yes, it's worth the money, those rooms are beautiful....
Yes, that area gets noisy- especially at Sunset which is a nice time to sit on your balcony.....
We were at CSA for the first time Jan. 31-Feb. 7. I can't comment on other rooms, but we had the BFVS Room #4121 and we loved it. Our verandah was a good size. We asked for an additional chair and they brought it. The traffic on the sidewalk was not heavy or bothersome. At night we did not hear talking. We would set our beach chairs up on the beach in line with our room, leave the verandah door unlocked, and were able to go back and forth to our room easily to use the bathroom, or get something we had forgotten. There was a TV, which is everyone's own preference if you use it, and the bar and refrigerator was stocked. There is a coffee maker in the room. We used it once or twice, but always ordered a continental breakfast for the Blue Mountain coffee. They delivered it directly to the verandah, so if we happened to not be up a the delivery time, we weren't awakened by a knock at the door; it was there waiting for us. When we return, we will request that room.....for us, it was perfect. Enjoy!
We just came home from CSA, even though we didn't really want to come home. We had a Ocean Verandah but we did meet a couple who had the Beach Front. Their verandah was the same size as ours. Also, it did have a mini bar and, to the best of my recollection, the walls DO go all the way to the ceiling.
Hope that you enjoy your vacation!
IMHO, I wouldn't say in one of the Jacuzzi suites, but that's mainly because i'm an "original side" kinda girl. Our favorites are the BFS's and if money were no object that's what we'd book every single time. We had some friends stay in the GHJS one year while we were there and got to see the inside, and they said next time, they would rather be beachfront. They didn't like the hallways, and while the balcony was lovely, it was blocked in on two sides (walls) and they liked our BFS better with the open balcony. (A note, however... The GHJS will have significantly more privacy on the balcony than any of the Beachfront rooms.)
The decks of the BFS's ARE larger than the BFVS. And yes, it does come with a minibar. Nicely stocked, too, I might add. They do NOT come with a TV, so if that's important to you, you'll want to book the BFVS.
Hi
Thanks for all of your help! We are going to book a BFS, because the room appeals to us the most. We enjoyed not having a TV in our garden view room, so it's no big deal to us! Cheers!!
