The Jamaican Me Crazy Omelet: If you’re looking to wake up to a hearty and filling breakfast, then try adding these simple ingredients to your morning omelet. Begin by frying up some of Jamaica’s unique jerk pork soaked in a jerk sauce. You can decide to stop right here and just add some Monterey Jack cheese, or top with some of Jamaica’s favorites like toasted coconut or diced pineapple. Add a side to this dish with a portion of parsley potatoes or a Couples favorite, roasted breadfruit. If pork isn’t what you’re feeling this morning, then we suggest picking up some fresh smoked Marlin. Add this to your omelet and pair with some fresh tomatoes, capers, onion, and herbs. This dish is unique to Couples Swept Away Patois Patio Restaurant.

It’s easy to include that Jamaican spice with any dish by just adding a dash of Fiery Scotch bonnet pepper, tamarind, or sweet coconut. As one of the top all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, we strive to include these unique Jamaican spices in all of our cuisine offered at Couples Resorts. Dig in and let us know what you think of our Jamaican Me Crazy omelet recipe! Have other Jamaican recipes you’d like to share? Please post them below in the comments section!
