Does Couples track repeat guests, and if so what is the percentage of guests that return for their second or more visit? I'm just curious because I see so many posts from people that are on their 5th or more visit!

I read on the "wish I'd thought of that thread" about people bringing extension cords and power strips. Are there not many outlets in the rooms? I specifically will need one near the bed at night, within a couple feet. Also, we will have electronics that we will need to charge. I do have a power strip packed, just wondering if I need an extension cord and maybe a 2nd power strip. Thanks in advance!

I wrote yesterday but do not see my posting......can someone tell me if I have to get one of the romance packages ahead of time or can I get a small romance package the day I arrive at Couples, Negril?

A small romance pkg would consist of the rose petals and wine in the room? Also can someone tell me if I have to reserve a time and day for the sunset beach dinner by candlelite NOW or can I wait till I arrive? MY husband and I will arrive on July 4th till July 8th for my daughter's wedding there at CouplesSweptAway in Negril on July 5th......you see this will be our honeymoon as we did not have one when we married last July 2012....

With my return "home" to CSS next month, I qualify for Romance Rewards and will receive a T-shirt as one of my gifts. My question to the repeat guests who have already acquired their T-shirt is this - do they run true to size? Also, are they 100% cotton? And if you could let me know what to expect in regard to the Repeat Guests' dinner, that information would be appreciated as well. Thank you for your assistance!

I posted this in "Wedding Discussion", and now I'm going to try it in General Discussion. My TA is taking a long time to get back to me on this, and I know how extremely knowledgeable the people who frequent this message board can be..So here goes..
We have booked our wedding at CTI for 10 Am. The Spa brochure says the hours are 9am-..My question is if the Spa doesn't open until 9am how will I have time to get my hair and makeup done? Also, my fiance wants to get a haircut/shave that morning? I have found this board incredibly helpful and I really hope someone can give me some information on this..Thanks! -Kim

Anyone have any favourite rooms in this category?

I saw mentions on TA that some updates to the rooms were planned for this summer. Does anyone know anything about that and if there will be any changes?

Any other CSS tips, please share! We had to cancel our trip there last fall due to health issues, so I am extra excited about this vacation.

Does anyone know if type 1 diabetics are allowed to scuba dive at CN?

My husband and I were booked for a dive excursion on our honeymoon through one of the cruise lines and they would not let my husband dive because he is insulin dependent. Since then we have spoken to a PADI shop and were told that he could difinately get certified as a diver, but must have his doctor sign a PADI authorization form. His doctor has completed the forms for PADI, but we haven't yet gone through the certification process.

So, long story short... would Couples allow him to dive if we provide them with the documentation that PADI requires?

Just read a review of a jelly fish encounter at CSA. Please tell me this was a one time thing!

I will admit it, I am a compulsive overpacker. It's just me. If the kitchen sink fits, I pack it! LOL We are coming to CSA in August for 5 days. I see so many of you say you get away with a carry on. Just a few questions: 1) We fly out of Tulsa to Atlanta then to MJB. If we check a bag, do we have to collect it at Atlanta and then go thru customs? and Same way back? 2) For the carryon folks, can you send me you must have lists so I can unpack the sink! 94 days to go! Excitement is bubbling over. But it has been since I booked it 240 days ago!

We are heading to CSS in July or our honeymoon and we really wanted to do the private dinner in the gazebo after reading such amazing reviews about it here on the message boards.

We contacted the romance concierge and they sent us more information. When we read the menu, there wasn't really anything on there that fit my picky tastes.

Do you know if there is a way to customize the menu? Or you can only choose from the options that they provide?

We're going to CTI in March 2014 and we have a few questions.

2.Will we be able to watch the NCAA March Madness basketball games?
3.Is there a coffee tour in Ocho Rios?
4.Where are deluxe ocean rooms located?
Are insulated mugs allowed?

Hello all!

My husband and I have decided on Jamaica to celebrate our one year anniversary. We have never been to Jamaica or to a Couples Resort before. We are a young couple in our mid-20s, and we really like being social and staying out. When we go away we like to have a good time. We like resorts that offer plenty of nightlife and entertainment. We tend to get bored laying in the sun all day, so we also like activities, classes, games...etc. After a lot of research, we settled on Couples Swept Away. However, when we went to book online, it was all full :( Can anyone recommend another resort for us? Thanks!

Does anyone know if there is a charter boat service close to CTI. Ive always heard that fishing is great in this area and would like to see for myself. I could be totally off the radar with this question but just thought I would check. Thanks!!

We will be at CSS June 14 - 22nd and have requested Block A or B. Last fall we stayed up on the cliffs and had a wonderful view but wanted to be a little closer and a few less steps to Sunset Beach.

Anything we should know about these rooms in these blocks? preferences? Really don't mind step,s so 3rd floor would be fine with us.

Being this will be our first trip to CSA in December 2013 and not knowing the layout along the beach, was wondering if there are bathrooms at the beach? If nature calls are there facilities on the beach or do you have to go to one of the restaurants?
