As well as staying open for burgers from 11pm until 6.am, does the beach bar serve any drinks during that time? I guess if so they will be of the non alcoholic variety?

The beach bar and the beach grill are two different facilities right next to each other.
There is soft drink service at the beach grill which is open until 6 AM. The beach bar has different hours not sure when it closes, maybe when the last person leaves?

beach bar closes at 0130ish unless your bar tenders love you then they stay open till you get carried home....don't expect the beach grill to be open on time....in the week we stayed there it was never open till 2330 or later
