Problems posting pics

I'm having some problems posting pic's.. Anyone else?

I cant seem to post our pics either, cant upload my profile pic either:(

Can you elaborate? There isn't a soul yet I haven't been able to help... :)

I've been trying to post on the photo contest and it tells me file too large. I make it smaller and then it tells me it's not readable.
Help! I want to win the contest!!

I am getting the exact same messages and want to attach 2 more photos that are "too large." I have not idea how to make a photo "smaller" in memory....any suggestions??? Can we email someone our photos that we would like to submit???
