Thread: Requesting Room/Upgrade @ CSS?

Hello. I have heard on travel advisor that many people have gotten complimentary room upgrades. We are going to CSS last week of August/09. We got the deluxe ocean verandah catagory. I did not realize at the time that CSS has a lot of stairs. My husband has pretty severe knee problems. I am wondering who specifically to contact and when(sooner or near to traveling date). They have a shuttle service to take you around if you are on the cliff and need to avoid stairs.
