We look forward to meeting and having that drink. This will only be our second time at Couples Negril and our 3rd time to Jamaica. We LOVED our first trip and came back to Jamaica over a year ago but stayed elsewhere -- and all we could think about while there was Couples Negril. We later found out our friends had been and wanted to go back again....so All of us were able to book the April trip. I do have a few questions if anyone knows the answers. Since there will 4 couples we thought we try to arrange a few things...How can we make advance dinner & on-site event reservations before we get there. Is it by phone or is there something we can do on line and if so--how and where?

In my experience there is not a way to make advanced reservations for anything other than what is offered through the rewards program. The program does not offer anything related to dinner or other types of reservations. You will need to plan it out in advance what night you would like to do what and make the reservation when you get there. Some places do not allow you to make reservations anymore than 2 days in advance. I dont think you will have an issue as long as you dont delay as soon as it is possible. That is one of the many special things about CN, its small.

They won't take any reservations for dinner or on-site events in advence as you need a room number for that. As soon as you arrive and recieve a room number, you should book your reservationas as the resort will be full that week and you know it is first come, first served. It is only fare and as a 10 time repeater it is still first come, first served. Private dinner on the beach can be reserved in advance. If you are not sure give the front desk at the resort a call prior to arrival to see what they can do.

Already started the dieting part... I have the miss fortune of having a wife that is a fantastic cook. From Thanksgiving to Christmas, I eat for two! lol..... Now its time to make the tough decision that all of me can not come with me to Jamaica.......let the dieting and tanning begin!

It is official, we have started the "Double Digit Boogie"! T-99 days and counting till we arrive home. Can't wait!
