L&H, your questions are excellent, mirroring some of ours. Thanks for posting them.

Can I add one? Is there killer competition for lounge chairs? Our only previous resort experience there was. I had to get up before sunrise each morning and bring books and towels to claim a spot. I hope life at CN is not like that.

Look forward to being added to the calendar...

    Cheers!
Chairs are not an issue. 6 years in a row at CN. there are pool people and beach people so its pretty spread out. That being said, if everyone went to the beach there would still be enough lounge chairs. We stay up late and drink a lot and have never had a problem sitting right where we want when we wake up at say 8-830. We simply walk down drop our towels on a couple lounges and eat some breakfast and come back and chill out. People seem to stake a claim to certain spots and that'e swim up bar after lunch its almost always available. Even when packed it seems like there is hardly anyone there. You'll see .......

We did Tim Air last year and I am getting ready to book it again in a minute. It was great. Capt.Curtis even let me fly part of the way. I would recomment it, 15 minutes by air and CN is just across the street from the airodrome. The bus trip is cool, you get a look at the real Jamaica, but flying home is really great. B&L

Great video joeymi....gives us an idea how the TimAir ride will be over to Negril. Agree with leonkelly, the lounge chairs were never a problem. We usually get up fairly early and are headed down for breakfast around 7:45 or 8. We stop by the beach wherever we are going to stake out for the day and put our towels etc. on some chairs. Head off to breakfast, walk the beach, maybe go back to the room if we need something, then head down to our chairs. No matter what time of day though, I never saw anyone scrambling for any chairs like you see at other resorts. There are plenty for everyone!! Island_Pair, thanks, that is going to be so great to arrive a little early and to land right across the street from the resort. 37 Days!!!!! Pinacolada with a dark rum topper is waiting for us!!!

I am also sorry for the double post of mine. It did not look like it sent, so I hit send again. One other question, how is the coffee there? I am not a coffee snob, just wondering.

@sandsofca Steve just walk over to the water sports and sign up for both. The Cat cruise does fill up so make sure to look at the day you want and sign up. As for the coffee I am a bit of a coffee snob and its fantastic blue mountain coffee. Not sure exactly what roaster it is but it's from the local mountains. Coffee mugs are always to small so we put it in the big plastic tumblers (probably meant for oj and pop). Can't get enough!

27 Days and counting, getting exicited. No actual packing yet, but getting thoughts and sundries together. We renewed our vows on the beach for 30th anniversary, 4 years ago. It was a nice experience, (packages available). We are landing & coming in on the 18th around 11:00 then after a couple of "stripes" at the lounge and checking in a TimAir flight to CN. There is a new "pub Crawl" the LOVE BUS a few nights a week. Anyone want to try it with us? B&L
