Have a great day. It was so wonderful for you and all your compatriots to accept our Britishness on a special day for your nation and great everyone took it all in the light hearted manner it was intended.
We are looking forward to our trip in 2 weeks but will miss you guys. Will definitely be looking to meet up again next year though unless we see you in november/december.......who knows....
Hey Captain! We'll just miss you this year. You leave the day we arrive. You will get to meet the people in our group - awesome couples!!! But we have booked for 2013 and we'll get a chance to meet up then! Have an awesome trip!!

We know you must be getting ready for this year, you and Cheryl Ann put a lot of work and thought into last year.
If you have too many flags left over, you can save them for 2013. We hope Kevin and Becky, Jim and Mariann, Rick and Jan and all the new couples will be able to make it back in 2013.

Thanks to all for all the kind words regarding last year's celebration.....still hoping to "outdo" 2011 this year..but if not; it certainly is starting to look as if July 4 2013....will be a "helluva" party!!!!
My husband and I will be there the week of the 4th of July. We have been to CSA but this is our first trip to CN. Looking forward to seeing some of you in your patriotic wear. I will have to make sure I pack some red, white, and blue. Fireworks would be fun, however TSA probably wouldn't think it is very funny and I would end up in jail instead of Negril. We are the quiet type but look forward to seeing the celebration, looks like you guys had a great time last year.
The celebration will begin at 1pm at the pool bar on July 4th.....all are invited....let's try to top the number of people shown in the picture from last year's party!
Captain, Since so many of us are concerned about the new General Manager at CN, would you be the spokesman for the group and allay any fears we "die-in-the-wool CN'ers have about the new "man-in-charge."?Quote:

My wife and I as well as another couple will be there. Look forward to it. He and I are veterans and served together in the Navy for several years. cool to be able to do this. We will be ther June 29th to July 7th.

The resort is going "all out" with planned activities for the 4th. Relay races on the beach....a patriotic scavenger hunt on the boardwalk...evening fashion show on the beach etc.
Sat with Ricardo at the returner's dinner last night....I feel all concerns can be tossed aside as the new GM is genuine....cares....and only has our best interests in mind as he continues to improve on what most of us already felt could not be improved upon.
Thanks to all..guests and staff..that helped make Red..White...Blue...II a fun event..the pics are fantastic...and new friends were made....and existing friendships were solidified..
Looking forward to number III in 2013...

Looks like many of the number I partiers will be returning for number III...
Late Fri the 6th...checking out Sat AM...but already booked for Super Bowl week and July 4th week 2013...if you have any doubt about CN.....get a grip on yourself.....the Captain would not be returning if there were any problems!!!
