Thread: repeaters massages

We missed our normal trip last Oct, however this will be our fourth trip to CN, do we still get a repeaters massage free of charge? I notice the the spa rates have significantly rose in the past two years.

When we were there in July there were no more repeaters massages but we did use our resort credits for them.

Did you sign up for the Romance Rewards program prior to your last trip? If so, did you check the status to see if you were credited with your last visit? There's a Romance Rewards link at thre bottom of the page.

I logged in and it states I have 14 points (?) but no resort credits to redeem. It shows the date we first arrived to CN in 2007, but doesnt list all the dates we have been since. According to the rewards page we should get 150$ worth of resort services, bottle of sparling wine, etc. How do I know what we will get or if I need to do something?? Help xoxox.

I can't remember when the new system started, but I would call the 800 number and see what they say.
