Reason for trip: 10th anniversary

What are looking most forward to: Freedom on AN beach

Will you go A/N during trip: Yup !!

Drink you are looking forward to: Red Stripe, Rum cream, Rum punch and other drinks with alcohol

Kids: yes -- 5,8.

Pets: 2 pugs

Level of excitement: We are soooo ready !!!!!!!!!!!

My husband, Bob and I will celebrate OUR 21 years of romancing at CSS IN JULY 1-6. Okay, we've got a story to tell you. fIRST OF ALL WHEN TELLING THIS STORY I AM STRAIGHT AS AN ARROW (NO BOOZE).

OKAY READ.........

CHAPTER ONE - We must confess, we cohabitated for eleven years before "WE DiD' - WE LIVE IN "THE BLACK BIBLE BELT AREA" WHERE ALL CHRISTIANS, AND NON CHRISTIAN, AND OTHERS BELIEVERS. All of these christians, non christians and other believers have different doctrines: one group may have both hands open to give, and reveive; one group may have one of theirs hands open while the other is closed (fake); then the underground whose political, social, and morial beliefs keep people apart. I must say we cordially fit and was accepted by all of the worlds.

CHAPTER TWO --WE THANK OUR MOTHERS AND FATHERS for KEEPING THE FOOTSTOOL STABLE AND to be APART OF ALL OF THE BLACK BELT FAMILIES.
WE WERE INVITED AND ATTENDED ALL OF THE COMMUNITY MARRIAGES AND RECEPTIONS. WE ATTENDED MANY SUNDAY DINNERS OF COMMUNITY married COUPLES AND THE ONLY SUBJECT DISCUSSES WAS, "WHEN DID YOU SAY YOU WERE GETTING MARRIED?"
REMEMBER IN THE BLACK BELT FOLKS JUST WOULD COME UP MISSING IF IT WAS not THE BLACK BELT WAY or you were just cast aside.

WE NEVER GOT SHOT, JUST INVITED TO many MORE DINNERS AND EACH TIME WE'D HEAR MORE BULLETTS AT TARGET PRACTICES . Target practices WERE IN THE FAMILIES BACK YARDS. MOST WERE CONDUCTED BY LADIES (MOTHERS, GRANDS, FIRST LADIES of the Church, DEACONESS, MATRONS,ETC ) AND AS MY MOTHER SAID, "THE PURPOSES OF TARGET PRACTICES IS: TO SHOW YOU HOW TO SHOOT AND TO MAKE SURE YOU STILL KNOW HOW TO SHOOT)

FINAL CHAPTER: BOB PULLED UP AT MY HOUSE AND MOM WAS OUT HAVING TARGET PRACTICE. HE WALKED TO THE BACK YARD AS SHE WAS SHOOTING. Later at the dinner table mama asked BOB, "When are ya'll getting married." Bob cleared his throat and softly came up with a date, a time and a place all to which amazed me. Then he excused himself from the table, upon return he blessed the food and in the middle of the prayer he told mama how much he loved me, he would take care of me forever, and he thanked God for just buying us a home and that we were traveling to Las Vegas to get married.

NEVER HAVE I BEEN TOLD WHAT WAS SAID AT RIFLE PRACTICE THAT NIGHT BUT WE TRAVLED TO VEGAS AND GOT MARRIED AT THE LITTTLE WHITE WEDDING CHAPEL ON JULY 1, 2011.

IF YOU MEET BOB YOU'LL LOVE HIM - BUT DON'T FORGET TO ASK HIM WHAT SECRET MAMA ALMA TOLD HIM AS SHE PRACTICED TARGET PRACTICE BEHIND THE HOUSE WHEN HE JUST STOOD.

Reason for trip: Vacation & Comparison to CTI

Where you from: Independence, KY (Northern KY)

What you're looking forward to most: The beach, The pool, hanging out with folks, drink, and conversate.

Will you go A/N during trip: ABSOLUTELY!

Drink you're looking forward to:Pina Colada, Coffee on the the balcony every morning, ETC

Kids: 1

Pets: 3

Level of excitement (1 - 10): y = 3x^2 for 0<x<10

Jen and Mark maybe we'll meet the two of you. However, it will not at "Sunset" unless its after 5pm!!!
I see a thread @ losing weight, maybe next year I'll be at sunset @ 8am rather than 5pm. - See ya. We got our confirmation papers from the travel agent today!!!! CAN'T WAIT!!

Bob and BJ, just be prepared that even though Sunset beach opens to all @ 5PM doesn't mean all will be in textiles. When we were there past November, we shared the sunsets in the buff next to our clothed friends.

In July those on SSB are rarely dress right at 5 PM since the sunset much later...

Those who come early have been know to be converted over.

Reason for trip: long overdue 1st vacation together

What you're looking forward to most: Enjoying the sun with each other. Sunset Beach, great food and drinks. making some new friends amd lots of relaxtion and fun!

Will you go A/N during trip: Every Day!

Drink you're looking forward to: Red Stripe, Sans Souci Specials, bloody mary's, and hopefully some new fav's, Blue Mountain Coffee.

Pets: 2 cats, Molly and Casey

Level of Excitement: almost off the charts.

Trip dates: CSS July 15 - 20, (CTI July 22 - 25)

Reason for trip: Getting away alone and to meet up with friends

What you're looking forward to most: Sunset Beach, great food and drinks. Meeting old friends, making new friends.

I just saw your post and had to reply. We were at CTI July 2-9 for our 5th visit and we are from Independence, KY. We know some people that overlapped your visit at CSS. Did you meet Randy & Cindy? Bob & Mary?

Connie and I just got back from CTI/CSS split week. We had the pleasure of meeting Randy/Cindy, Bob/Mary and Jerry/Glenna as well as many others in the group. We had so much fun playing volleyball and games. I can't wait to schedule next trip... Hopefully meet up with some of this group and previous groups as well as new...

We will be arriving and leaving the same time as you. We are from Nebraska and celebrating our 10 year anniversary. Never been to couples. Looking forward to it.
