Thread: Gala & beach party attire

Could someone give me an idea of how formal the Friday? night Gala is and how informal the Tuesday? beach party is. Do I have the days right? From the few bits I've read a sundress and nice low-heel (on lawn, correct?) sandals would be appropriate for the Gala and then casual-down to shorts, tank top and flip flops (women) and shorts & tee (men) for the beach party. Correct me if wrong. Thanks.

Yes that would be perfect. There were some women very dressed up for the gala but being on the lawn you want to be comfortable. The majority of women wore sundresses and casual sandles. Guys wore dockers & polos or dress shirts believe me no one cares, its just so much fun.
