We'll be there from the 21st to the 28th as first-timers to CSS (with a fabulous trip two years ago to CN). It looks like our flight arrives an hour before Jim and Joann's. We're jealous of everyone with longer vacations -- seems like Leslie and Rob will already be mayors of CSS when we get there! We also look forward to meeting Keith and Ginger, Dave and Mary, David and Angela, Karl and Kathy, Mike and Kami, and the rest of this jovial cast of characters!

Judging from this thread, there's going to be a great group of people at CSS this year! I can't wait to get back to paradise and meet up with old friends and make some new ones!

We are first timers to CSS (Jan 17 - 24). Our flight gets in at 11:15, which gets us to the resort at about 1:00 - 1:30. We will have been on the go for 10+ hours, and if history is any indication, probably will not have eaten or drank much of anything. I expect us to be famished and in need of libations as soon as we arrive. Where is the closest place to go? Is there something close to the check-in?

Ok, about 10 days until we arrive too. can't wait. We are all tanned and trimmed and ready for SSB. Sounds like CSS is full of a great crowd this year and we're looking forward to seeing you all; and some of you again, like Keith and Ginger and Rob and Leslie who we met last year. Dave and Karen, we'll save you a lounger on Saturday pm!

I am so ready to chill out in the sun and warmth of Jamaica. looking at the 15 day forcast, the weather looks great. High's around 81-83 and lows around 72. Low chance of showers, but I know we'll get some of those off-and-on, but it's all good and they don't last long. the UV looks moderate too, so I shouldn't need the heavy sunblock.

We arrive about 3pm on the 18th. and like K and D, we'll be on SSB shortly therafter. I'll just loose the traveling clothes on the beach and enjoy the last hours of sunshine and a liquid libation.

Anyway, looking forward to a great week at the best resort in Jamaica with best best crowd too!

Oh no, Mayor? That's way too much pressure! I might end up hittin' the sauce! Oh, wait, I was going to do that anyway! I plan on bringing some activities that have proved entertaining in past years.

What kind of activities are you talking about? Just so we can be ready!

Looks like our flights have been changed a bit, so we'll arrive at CSS around 5 pm on Sat 1/21, which is a bummer. Would anyone want to meet the newbies (namely, us) for dinner that evening?

Oh, it's nothing for which you need to prepare. Just some bodypaint and stuff like that.

We'll see you guys on the 19th! We're at CTI for a few days before, so we may do the Trading Spaces thing so we have an extra afternoon at SSB. I can't wait!!!!!!

Hi Mike & Kami, we were wondering what kind of flights that you found from LV to MBJ. How many hops and where whith which carriers? Thanks.

MnD, we have flown out of las vegas to MBJ twice, we have flown Delta both times. The first time we flew
las vegas to los angeles to atlanta to MBJ. This time we are flying las vegas to atlanta to MBJ. There are actually quite a few carriers, mainly delta, us air and amrican airlines, and most are overnight flights.

Karen and David, we may be able to join you for dinner, but 5:00 is pretty early; we rarely leave the beach until 6 (gotta stretch the day as long as possible), then get cleaned up and head to dinner around 7:00. Maybe you could wander over to thr beach and introduce yourselves, if you're up to it.
