I agree with all that was said in the above you linked to just one suggestion, BRING BUG SPRAY. It is very tropical so the mosquitoes are abundent especially at dusk.. I have used Avon's Skin so soft and that works very good as a bug repellent and not the awefull smells of them.
All the restraunts are good but remember for dinner that except for beach party and Gala night you need to make reservations for all except Bella Vista which is the beach grill during the day.
Definatally do Dunns River it is just a half day trip and will still leave you plenty of time fo SSB.
