Thread: Activities at CSA

OK...I've been to CSA three times and I've yet to do all the activities that are offered which is a wonderful thing!! I've been looking on the website at the activities schedule and at 10:00 a.m. everyday it say sunrise beach....what is sunrise beach?

I think that it's yoga on the beach. I'm usually on my verandah, doing email, and there is yoga on the beach. I don't remember what time, but it's my best guess.
