Thread: April 25th anyone?

My wife and I will be there from April 23-30. We're 30 and 25 from Chicago and looking forward to meeting some nice people. We both REALLY need a vacation and can't wait to get there. 11 days until paradise...

We arrive next Tuesday (20th)till May 4th. We are Lyn and Jan (picture on the Team April Photo thread)51 & 46 although Jan would say 8 and 46 as I am like a kid on holidays. Cant wait to get back. Well, we can finally say only 1 week to go! Rob sent me a text from work that said " Do you know where we will be this time next week?" I sure hope so! Have a wee bit of a dark cloud hanging over us at the moment ( kind of like that volcano dust). I have been having some unexplained stomach pains for about 2 weeks now. Have been through several tests. So far nothing is showing up. Going for a CAT scan on Tues. I told the doctor I AM leaving for Jamaica next Sun. My husband thinks it is all from stress...and we all know the cure for that!! Please say a few prayers for me so that we can meet up with the East Coaster's next Sun.

voyager.. we're from New Jersey too. Same exact dates as you. Are you flying out of Newark 10am? We may be on the same flight as well

Well the Icelandic Volcano got our Holiday cancelled yesterday from here in the UK. And what makes it worse the planes started flying again today
After a frantic day of switching flights, rearranging the dogs in the kennel, rearranging our pickup for the airport. Jan having to go back to work for the rest of the week and many other things. Our fantastic Travel Agent got us all sorted to fly out next Tuesday 27th for 2 weeks So, see you all next Tuesday. Thank you for the prayers. The CT scan showed Liver Hemangiomas. Thankfully they are non-cancerous and won't prevent me from going to Jamaica! Ya Mon!! 86 more hours til our flight leaves. I do have to go for an MIR when I come back, but until then...I'll be in Jamaica mon, no worries!!
