CSA October 24th thru 31st

We will be at CSA Oct 24-31-- getting married on the 27th at 4 p.m. Looking forward to making new friends while we are there -- we are coming alone and probably could use some new BFFs to act as Best Man and Matron of Honor -- See you there

Hi Rick and Karen,
Thank you for offering to help us out.The resort does not allow bathing suits at the actually ceremony and it is a bit of a "dressy" affair for us. We would not want to offend you in anyway but do appreciate your generous offer and sense of adventure. We are looking forward to meeting you and it sounds like you are a really fun couple. I have a love of cooking and "hot food" so am really looking forward to talking with you. We may not be able to do the tour as Rick has had some hip surgery and cannot walk that far. Perhaps we can go across the street though.We arrive Sat. and will look for you.

CSA was a very nice resort. Shuttle takes about an hour + drive from the airport, but scenic (get to see alot of the countryside/locals/shops/goats,etc.). We had the Garden View, which was perfect. Rooms are spacious, and deck is very large. Ladies..note that the bathroom has no ceiling, so incense or travel candle is ideal(smile). Food was the best - consistently. Service was good. Each day it rained (either in the a.m. or p.m.). If you can grab a hut, it's a great way to watch the clouds and rain without getting wet. If it rained in the a.m., the sun would come out in the afternoon...if it rained in the p.m., the sun would come out in the morning...which meant we would get up early to enjoy. Feathers and Lemongrass was wonderful. For a truly romantic dinner (and if it's not raining), try and get a table on the deck at Lemongrass. Tiki torches, live music can be heard (they will be playing downstairs) and intimate. Speaking of which, if your dinner at Lemongrass is 8:30 pm, they will not let you in any earlier. But they have a nice bar which is highly recommended if you want a good seat at Lemongrass.

Water activities were great. Sign up for dinner/water sports/spa after you check-in for best time/days.

CSA gets suprisingly quiet around 11:00 pm. They have a 'club' which plays live/recorded music, but depending on what type of entertainment is going on, don't expect a "funky night life".

Be sure to take the time to walk along the beach (we did appx. 6 miles a day). Locals will try and sell you stuff (a bit aggresive at times), but just kindly shake your head and they seem to leave you alone. Security was very visible and kept an eye out on everyone.

Overall, a great experience. Would highly recommend to our family/friends. Especially for newlyweds (we met alot of them!) and anniversaries.

Our first time to CSA. We will be there Oct 21 - 28th. We will be celebrating our 30th anniversary on the 24th. We will see you there.

Hi everyone! We will be at CSA October 27-November 3 2010. This is our first trip to Jamaica/Couples and we are very excited. Will will be getting married in the gazeebo on Friday the 29th at 10am and all crashers are welcome. I can not wait to feel the sand between my toes.

Hi Everyone!

First time visitors to a Couples resort. We will be at CSA from Oct 24 - 31 2010. WE are 27/28, and looking forward to our first visit and experiencing all the wonderful things we have heard about online, and on this message board.
