CTI...March 2013 Anyone?

Welcome, Kiki & John! We haven't been to any of the other resorts (yet?) but we love CTI. Can't wait to hear what you think. Thanks for adding yourselves to the roll call, it looks like I can't edit my post anymore. Maybe editing ability expires after a while?

Siouangan3 (Is it Courtney?) I think you're so smart to not be trying to make a flight right after the wedding! We have flown through Charlotte but it's always through a connecting flight, so I can't say how the security or traffic is, hopefully someone else will know.


In 108 days I'll be on the beach with a drink and my love! Snorkeling at 3, maybe? :-D

Bridget and Bob..... Hendy and Rhonda...SueBoo and Adolf... Gonna miss you guys... :-( Barbara and I are going in April... Have fun!!!

I am so excited for our trip...88 days and counting. I ordered a few new swimsuits and as they arrive I am craving some sand & sun even more!

Vicki and John we will be at CTI March 27 - April 2. Second Couples Trip - last time Negril. Looking forward to it.

We will be there Mar 8-16!!! Super excited!

We talked about and a LOT of people asked why were waiting so late, but I think its perfect! I want to be good and hungover on Sunday, at home.. not on a flight. :) But anyway.. DOUBLE DIGITS. I cant even express how excited we both are. I'll see if I can get more info on the airport. I've only dropped a family member off, but I dont think it'll be too bad. Especially the times we're traveling.

Only 11 weeks...:cool: Looking forward to exploring all that Couples has to offer!

We'll be there the same week as you. You're gonna have the first -time jitters, as we all had. My wife was more apprehensive than I at first, but now can't wait to get to the island. As everyone else will tell you, try it for a half-hour, if either doesn't like it, take the boat back to the resort area. You'd hate to leave your honeymoon wondering if you missed something.

My wife, Elizabeth, and I will be back at CTI from March 17 to 24. This is our third trip to CTI, and looking forward to it. About two months to go.

We are going march 19-26. This will be our first trip

50 days is when I finally don't feel guilty about packing! So excited to check out our 3rd couples resort with CTI. CN was great, just not exactly what we are drawn to. CSS is home for us, but it would be great to find a place we could recommend to our mobility impaired friends/fam. We just got back from a work conference held on a cruise ship to cozumel,and although it was nice, it left me thinking daily of Jamaica. in upstate NY, it's nice to have a reason to get sandals out in Jan/Feb!

We'll be there for our 4th year in a row from 3/17-3/24.

Siouangal, As always, they say you should get to the airport 2 hours in advance of an international flight. We flew into CLT once upon returning from MBJ, long lines @ customs, but no real "problems", JFK was worse. See you on the island (you're gonna love it!). Remember, you can't wear a wedding dress there unless you reserved the island for your actual wedding.:cool:

Anybody use an air shuttle to and or from CTI to MTB? We flew Timair from Negril to MTB when we last visited CN and thought that was great. If you have, which one?

My husband and I will be taking our second trip to CTI 3/26-4/1. We will also bringing another couple with us, its their first time in JAMAICA! So excited to be returning!!! Can't wait to see how many of my favorite staff members are still there and to taste the Rum Punch!

Anyone going to be there during this week?

Kiki, we are from "upstate" NY as well (but not that far up-- Albany). Some cold air is settling in, stay warm!

Happycouple1 we are going to be there at the same time! Our flight to MBJ arrives at 10:42, when are you coming in? Maybe we will meet you in the Couples lounge!

Nebraska Fan, we haven't used the air shuttle but I have read lots of folks are happy with it. I guess CTI is the farthest resort, so the time made up might be worth it!

tiplino, we will just miss you! Would you like my extra sunscreen and unused bendy straws? I can leave it for you!

We are going to be at CTI the second week in March...hope the island isn't too crowded when we are there and there will be some shade available.

It will be our first time going. We will be going from March 18th to the 24th. We would like to try scuba diving and the dunns river fall excursion while we are there. Does anyone know how hard it is to get a spot on the excursions.
