I think we are at 190 days.

Hi to the October 2011 gang! We're Mike & Jane from the UK and will be at CTI from 9th to 18th along with Scott & Kim, and we make up the English arm of the 'Ivan Islanders'. Looking forward to seeing old friends again and making new ones!

Less than 200 days to go....

We are coming to CTI from Oct 3-8. We will be celebrating our 15th Wedding Ann. on Oct 5th. This will be our 1st EVER vacation and we are very excited and nervous.

Welcome Matt and Sherri. Don't be nervous, you will have a blast and wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

The big thing we're nervous about is the weather. I've heard everything from terrible to no big deal. If anybody has gone "home" several times in early October, can you let us know what it's like? At least that's the only thing that makes me nervous. Pretty sure my upset stomach is from the anticipation and excitement of actually going on a vacation that doesn't involve tents, snow or MRE's.......or it could be the diet.

This will be our 6th time (I think) at the exact same time in October at CTI. The weather has always been good. There may be a little rain at times and occasionally the Island will close if there is a long thunder storm but I have only once seen the red flag go up and that was one afternoon last year. We have always managed to go out on the dive boat although the water was rough a couple of days one year. It is the tropics so it can rain, that's why its so green and beautiful. We have been twice, a couple of weeks after they got clipped by a hurricane and you barely know anything's happened. There are quite a few of us that return every year or every couple of years. If the weather were that bad I doubt we would keep returning. You'll have a great time and if we get extended rain then we all head to the bar and make new friends.

Well, I guess technically, one could argue that we're going to be at CTI in October...

162 days to go I hope I make it I blew out my knee, they say knee replacement is the only thing that will fix it. So I'm going to wait until after this trip to get it done. I can't do any sports I'll just do 16oz curls all day..

Thought we should give one of the other properties a try, so we just booked CN for October 4-13, 2012. We will be there along with Ernie & MJ if anyone wants to tag along. Heading over to the CN meetup board to start an October 2012 thread. Looking forward to seeing all of the CTI family in October of this year!

Counting down definately, holiday clothes shopping under way, 12 week Lighter Lifestyles course at the gym & now working nearer home so walking to & from work couple of times a week. Yep that's all!
