Here we are at the 1 week left to endure this pain in the behind winter we've been having here in northern Illinois before we are back "home". Yep, it's only 7 days and then paradise for me and my better half! spoken in my heaviest Jamaican accent --> Ya Mon, Everyting be Irie! Paradise soon come mon!

3rd trip to CTI March 24-27 Can't wait!!!!

Well it's Monday today and we fly out this Saturday and should get on site to CTI at around 9 in the evening having travelled for about 22 hours or so. Can't wait to arrive we have been on countdown for 12 months and now we are less than a week away.
Apart from the things we will be using between now and when we go away we are all packed and ready to go having been busy yesterday. Should take all of 2 minutes to finish off.
We look forward to our first experience of Jamaica and Couples and look forward to meeting and making new freinds.

Just found out our Secret Rendevous will bring us to CTI next week, Feb 28-Mar 6. We're anxious to see the "new" CTI! Our first Couples experience was COR back in 2006. Now just so the weather cooperates and we get out of Chgo ok next Monday

Cubbyblu, you should look for us. (see pics for face recognization) I'll buy you a Red Stripe or an "Old Style" if they have it. We too are from the Chicago area. See you near the pool bar!

Dave and Chell, cant wait to meet you in person after all this communication here on the MB. Did you get your OW completed or are you finishing it on island?

After a nap tonight (from 10pm to 2am) we are off to Ohare airport for a dark and early flight to Paradise, YA Mon!!! We'll be at the pool bar by 1pm Wednesday.

Keep a bar stool open for us at the swim up bar,, We are packed an ready,, We should arrive at the resort 4 or 5 ish Monday,, Tell them we like our beer In Missouri ICE cold,, so tell them to have several iced dwn for us,,, Long day of travl before we get to Paradise ourselves,, We be ready MON!

MarkandTerri Will do on keeping the beer on Double ice patrol! I got to get to bed now to get in my aforementioned nap (10pm till 2am.

iscubanow, will look into completing the OW when I get out the water was just to cold, I am hoping that I can resolve once there.

Does anyone know about how long the horse back riding excursion is? Also - if you take the course to scuba dive how long does that take? Thanks for your help! Leaving in almost 3 weeks and CAN'T WAIT!!!

Love the board and love the fact that everyone seems to have become such great friends. My countdown is down to less than 25 days...cannot wait. My wife and I will be at CTI (I believe we booked SR)from March 26 to April 1 in part because we've had enough of the cold here in Toronto and its her birthday month..haha.

If you're looking for us during the day you'll likely find us on the beach and late afternoon by the pool. I'll have an blue team ball cap on and multiple Red Strip in my hand or at my side. Come say hi.

Lizzy and I are going to be there the 18-25th. Not sure if you will be there then, but as fellow Missourians..and Fellow Couples Newbies, we should all get together in KC and whoop it up and talk about how much we miss CTI..say around this May.

It was definately a blast at CTI! Loved meeting all of you guys from here on the great MB! Especially loved diving with my new friends Steve and Sharon and Trevor and Linda! I cant forget Dave too.
Hope to see you all again sometime soon on one of our trips!

I always wondered, about some of the posts on this board, But we too have found a vacation HOME,,, Couples Resorts are best vacation we EVER had,,, THANK YOU, Couples! Wish we coulda stayed longer too

My fiance and I are going to CTI March 21-28!! Getting married on the 24th!!!

Booked SR, but CTI has WAY more vacancies still showing than the other three, so I'm betting on CTI (seriously, the boyfriend and I have a friendly wager). If we end up at CTI, might see Jeff/Tagong and wife and Jessica and Tim there - dates are March 29-April 5.

I'm 30 from Oklahoma, and he's 28 from Kingston, ON. He doesn't dive, but I have and might do a refresher and dive while there. If I can sober up long enough...mmmm, breakfast alcohol! We've never been to Couples or Jamaica, but I'm betting you'll find us mostly at the pool bar. We also plan to check out the AN thing.

We are first-timers to Jamaica and Couples. We will be there March 22-28. So excited!!

Hi Meg! Hope to see you guys at CTI!!! I'm 25 and my boyfriend Tim is 27 - will be celebrating his 28th birthday on 4/1 while we're there We've never been to Couples before either so we're looking forward to it! We're hoping to partake in some activities that do not involve alcohol so we're planning on taking the course and going on a dive while we're there as well as check out dunns river falls. But our biggest plan is to have no plan at all and just drink on the beach/by the pool!!! SOOO EXCITED! If you guys end up going to CTI let me know and maybe we can try to schedule an activity together!

Hi Jess! I'll definitely be posting here when we know. Just a week until we should find out!

I don't know how many activities we'll be up for. We left the resort to go parasailing in Mexico, and it was great fun - glad we did it - but we REALLY wanted to get back to the resort. We'll just play it by ear once we're there. Our biggest plan is definitely to kick back, have some drinks, and enjoy each other and the couples we meet.

Hi Jeff! My boyfriend, Tim and I will be there from the 27th - 1st so we're sure to run into one another ) I was looking into possibly taking a helicopter ride back to the airport instead of taking the bus. Basically get another awesome activity in during what would have been travel time (wanted to try and do this for my boyfriend's birthday present). Would probably do this around noon to get to the airport for our 3 o'clock flight. I was looking into seeing if another couple leaving at the same time would like to split it with us (would be a little under $500 per couple). Just throwing it out there - let me know if you're interested in at all ) Either way - looking forward to see you guys at CTI!!!

Just got the final confirmation. CTI it is. Hi Jess, thanks for the invite to take the helicopter. The invite is appreciated but I think we'll have to take a pass because of the cost. That said, if you're looking to do some excursions my wife (Andrea) and I usually do like doing a few things while we're away. Dunn's River Falls for sure and possibly the horseback riding and Margaritaville.

Meg, have you found out where you're going yet?

We should definitely all try and get together for a drink or two, or three hahaha.

As mentioned in my last post you'll find my wife and I at the beach (maybe the Island) in the morning and early afternoon and by the pool later in the day. We're from Toronto.

We should find out TODAY, as we leave on the 29th. The boyfriend told me not to be one of "those" people, and not to call to bug the folks at Couples unless we still haven't heard by tomorrow morning (he's the patient one).
