Welcome... We were there in March of 2010 and they had hammocks in the garden area of the hotel on the way to the spa, I would go out there and read a couple of mornings while my wife slept in. Congrats on the wedding, we met a couple there last time that got married on the point to the east of the pool bar. It was nice.. We will be there March 17-24th so we look forward to meeting you and sharing a Bob Marley with you both.
Seems that most of the people that are going to be there when we are are repeat guests...good sign! I just had a quick question. My fiance (wife by the time we get there!) wants to wear some Wicked Weasel suits...some that say "sheer when wet" and the like. I've read a few posts where people say, "it's your romantic vacation, you should do fun things for each other, go for it!" While others have said "Leave that stuff for the island (where I know she can't wear them anyway) and be more respectful of people on the mainland". It's not like she's flauting her stuff all over the place, just being a little more risque than at home. Have you seen suits like this at Couples resorts, or would YOU be offended by it?? Look forward to meeting you Marley slammers in a few short months!!
Need to start getting excited and posting more, as most of us are under 90 days before we head to Jamaica...I am pumped... Jennifer and I have been looking forward to getting back. The thought of the beach, drinks and all the friends we will make will us through the winter. We will be there 3/17-3/24. I think one of the days we are there we are looking to put together a halfday fishing trip if there is anyone that would like to join us, I believe we are looking for 3 more people. I read where they are offering private dinner's on the island now... That sounds pretty cool... I may have to check that out for Jen and I since we booked during the resort credit bonus. Take Care everyone
Wow Traderclaude...that just really put it into perspective. The 90-day mark!! Woo hoo!! We're both getting really excited. Busy few months with Christmas, birthdays, Valentines Day, our WEDDING (woo hoo) and then off to CTI!!!! We didn't even realize how quickly it was approaching. I was also wondering, has anyone here ever setup some kind of theme night or anything before. I know some places have their Toga parties, or 70's nights...has anyone done something like that at CTI? I've just heard that sometimes the nightlife struggles a bit, just trying to think of a way to keep the party going. Your thoughts?
Just read your post. My wife, Marlene, and I are planning on being at CTI 3/10-3/21. Last year we visited CSS, but really missed CTI. The thing I remember most is the fishing trip I took with you guys two years ago, especially eating our catch at the resort. That was fabulous! So, if you have room, I would really like to go fishing again with you guys. Hopefully my camera works. Have a great holiday season and see you soon!
