CTI Food Manager
I am very stoked to come to CTI for the first time with my partner at the end of July. However, she has celiac disease (gluten allergy) and I want to get a hold of the Food manager to discuss dining/food options.
Does anyone know how I should/can get in contact with this person?
Hi Derek! There are a lot of people who travel to Couples who also have celiac disease. The good news is that they are very accomodating! Upon check-in, just let the guest services know and then they can arrange for you and her to meet with the chef. Also, at dinner each night, your server can also arrange for you both to meet with the chef so they can arrange menu items without any gluten for that particular meal.
