Chef Spath's Banana Bread Recipe
10 oz Ripe bananas
10 oz sugar
200 ml milk
1 tsp baking soda
200 ml Vegetable oil
1 pinch salt
dash of vanilla & cinnamon
10 oz flour
Whisk sugar and banana until smooth. Add eggs. Whisk baking soda into milk and add to mixture. Add salt, oil, vanilla and cinnamon. Add flour last at slow speed.
Line greased loaf tin with grease-proof paper, grease again. Pour mixture into tins.
Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for approximately 45 minutes – ensure that skewer inserted in banana bread comes out clean.
