I gotta say I agree with you on the floating mats. I've looked into going to the shoe resort and I just can't bring myself to go to any of their locations because they don't have them!
How much was the cd?

Randy- will the regular yoga and fitness classes also be available to guests during this time? I'll be there Dec31-Jan 7 and sure hope that I'll be able to take advantage of the classes I enjoyed...
mt23- as long as you aren't picky about the time you will be dining I doubt there will be a problem

Definitely take a look at the sports complex. You could play tennis or racquetball, or join a fitness or yoga class (check the schedule). There are showers so you could change afterward too.
Anyone have photos taken recently at Couples?
Do they charge for the photo session itself or just for the finished photos? Can we pay to get the photos on a dvd? Prices of each?
Everyone is at the beach party.
We didn't enjoy the beach party last time so when we go next time we'll be at Feathers :)

Air conditioned restaurant is feathers.
Everything else is open air so it wouldn't make sense to air condition them.
I never thought of the photographer, thanks! It would be nice to have some family pictures taken there.
I've never seen photographer prices listed on the website, off to do a search...

That's definitely too much for only 3 diving days IMO.
I'm not sure how it is at CTI but at CSA there were 2 dives a day- one deep and one shallow, and I don't think your wife would qualify for...
Well after all my questions about CSS we ended up booking CSA (and we're bringing my inlaws along!). We'll be revisitng the BFVS- can't wait!!!
We are getting a $300 resort credit + $100 credit...
Thanks, the ocean suite looks amazing!
What's the difference between the One Bedroom Ocean Suite and the One Bedroom Beachfront Suite?
Is the Beachfront just in a better location (& has the possibility of a first floor room, thus...
We asked for this too but got second floor. Wasn't too disappointed though because the tradeoff for beachfront access is no privacy! Second floor was wonderful and third might be better because you...

Went to CSA in 2010- definitely the perfect resort for us. What we liked:
-the HUGE fitness centre (DH liked all the options, I liked the fitness classes)
-our room (beachfront...
Wow, they listened to you! The beach bars closed at 7 PM on Friday.
Agree with you that there was never anyone at the towel exchange desk near the great house! Either that or they had no towels...
There sure is!
I looked again and it mentions that there are extra taxes that the hotel adds on! Can't believe they won't tell you what the total really is.
Found the same room/dates for $500 less on expedia.ca. Will Couples price match, and how do I go about doing so? I'd rather book from Couples and pay the deposit now and balance later.

Thanks vee, I completely agree with you! I don't want to sign up for something that will take most of the week if I'm not even sure I'll like doing it! We'll do the resort course and then think...

My husband and I would like to scuba dive when we visit CSA- me a few times, him every day. We are not certified divers. The FAQ states that-
For non-certified divers complimentary Resort...
