Sure no problem works great as long as you have a good wifi signal.

Put the phone on airplane mode. Turn the wifi on and use the wifi to connect and enjoy your facetime.

We're in Virginia we were there for our wedding March 12 - 20. Had to book our first anniversary trip back... we loved it.
