Hi From what I remember the rooms were not that much of a concern. I was more weirded out by all the people walking by on the beach. We love sunset beach at css for that reason. No gawkers.

You only need one...... thats only if you want to use any of the water sports at the other beach. I have taken up to three and never needed them. Save the luggage space. Happy traveling!
