It is a little off course of the recent posts in the thread but I had to comment that we have had a very similar experience to smroot. It was before we discovered Couples and we were at an S resort....

We are not of the minimalist camp so please don't take offense to my list. In fairness, we fly either southwest, jet blue or delta. We have airline credit cards and get free bags on each of these....
We have been to both and really enjoyed both for different reasons. Here is our comparison list of things we like about each:
-We like the spread out feel, less crowded and feels romantic....
I agree with ginjoe that it is likely the removal that gets people heated up. It was definitely a nice perk but I can't say it would stop us from going to couples. We have gotten it on 3 of our 4...

We have been to CSS twice. Requested G Block both times and didn't get it on either occasion. That said, both times we ended up with a room that I loved so we never pressed the issue. We always go...

You are going to have so much fun!!!!
We did it from CSA.
- Lenbert was on time and pulled right up to the lobby.
-We had an amazing time so we got into the tipping - we tipped $40 for the 2...
I have been away from the board for awhile but booked a 2015 trip to CSA so decided to head over and catch up on some Couples reading. I was on trip advisor and someone had posted a...
We used club mobay in November at thanksgiving on a Saturday to Saturday trip. We laughed on the arrival because it just happened to be the shortest line we have ever seen in 10 trips. We chalked it...

I can't speak to your questions about CN. However, I do have some perspective on NYE. We have been to both CSA and CSS on NYE. We had a good time each time. Then last Nov we went back to CSS. We got...

Thanks! I wasn't sure. He is amazing! I loved that night and we bought his CD. We listen to it all the time. The entire CD is good. I would love to get ahold of the other CDs if there are more!

Hmmm, I agree and disagree with your post all at once....
I share your opinion that Couples has done a great job at handling this. I read an article online that, if I understood it correctly,...

Is he the same singer that does the bonfire at CSA?

We had CB booked for April 2014. We know we are not going to take up Sandals on the offer. We are considering the possible switch to stay with you in Jamaica. I know you book up quick....

I have a similar problem and if I let it get at all out of hand, then my lips will erupt in cold sore. I use Neosporin lip balm with at least a 20 SPF. I reapply probably 10+ times per day. I wear a...

People are idiots! That is ridiculous!
It is interesting to read the reviews. I have traveled to a couple different resorts during times of transition or for a trip close to the opening date of a...

Congrats to you!
We visited CSA this Dec/Jan. Here is our list:
-Enjoy the lounge at the airport, partake in some red stripe
-Enjoy the atmosphere and get another red stripe if the bus stops...
Never too early!!! I like to go through the possible items and hang them together or fold them together staged with the luggage in the guest room. I try things on, I edit... it sounds crazy and it is...
I think many have hit the nail on the head here on a number of items:
1. Research - I read TA everyday on several resorts. I read for both our upcoming trips (CSS and EPM in mexico) and I also...
We have been to CSS and CSA. We found the music and evening entertainment to be much more original at CSS. Pierre if you are reading this - excellent job on the music outside the balloon bar each...
We experienced both at CSS. We were psyched to try the AN beach but aren't really "joiners" so to speak. We are friendly but are in a long distance relationship and guard our precious vacation time...

We stayed in a beachfront suite (same room set up as atrium but different location). Having been, I would select an atrium suite if we returned. Here is why:
1. Our beachfront suite as well as the...
A disclaimer - we have not been to CN. We have been to swept away and sans souci. We are 45 and 35 and we also like a romantic trip rather than a spring break trip. We stopped going to the "S"...

We stayed in a beachfront suite this Jan. The regular beachfront suite can be on the first or second floor. There are 12 of them total, 3 buildings with 4 units, 2 upstairs and 2 down. They have air...

Interesting questions you bring up and one I have thought about often. My ex-husband and I traveled quite a bit and those trips were often the highlights of our marriage. Now that we are divorced, I...
