We stayed in G6 and it had an incredible balcony
The wifi worked amazing in F block because it is really close to the Internet cafe. From there, we connected to CSS WIFI 1
When we moved to the G block (G6), the connection was a bit more spotty;...

I can answer a few of these.
1) The lounge is easy to find. As soon as we came out of the security area; someone asked where we were going and directed us straight to the lounge. You just turn...
I've been to the resort next door. It is safe to go in without water shoes. When we went (November), the water was very rough with an undertoe. You could go in and body surf/boogie board; but not...
We assumed the quality of the food would be exceptional; which is why we were excited to plan the dinner to celebrate being newlyweds. It is definitely a no-go though, as they...
Apparently the "No problem, mon!" attitude has waned a bit. We asked the romance concierge who we were dealing with if we could customize the menu at all and were told that they would only change...
We are heading to CSS in July or our honeymoon and we really wanted to do the private dinner in the gazebo after reading such amazing reviews about it here on the message boards.
We contacted the...

I just noticed this on Trip Advisor:
"The sea is quite shallow, so swimming is not easy unless you venture beyond the area roped off for swimming and if you do you are likely to be called by the...
We went to the resort right next door (Turtle Beach) in November 2011 and there was a red flag everyday. The only water activity we could do was boogie boarding and even that was only if you were a...

Has anyone ever been to Glistening Waters Bioluminescent Bay?
If so, did you book it before you left? I have not been able to get ahold of anyone at Glistening Waters.
We are hoping to find...
Thank you for all of the helpful tips!
It is good to know that Cassanova only has 2 menus because that is the restaurant that had the most meals I wanted to try -- we will do what SuzyQ does and...
Can some of you knowledgable vets tell me more about the restaurants at CSS?
I see on the Couples website that Palazzina has a different menu for each day of the week (minus the Beach Buffet and...
John - JennLax22 is Jenn and Ken :P Forgot to add in that part to our introduction haha
Racegrrl - any chance you could e-mail me those pictures? We would love to see some potential drinks that await us at CSS!

Jed - you mentioned about the two restaurants that require reservations. How far in advance can we reserve them? Would we have to do that each morning for the next day? Or can you book for the...
We are heading to CSS from July 1 - July 8. It is not only our first time to a Couples resort, but our first time to Jamaica! We're getting married on June 29th and then heading to CSS for our...

Thank you so much for all of the responses! Both the peace of mind that we should be fine to take part in the excursions and a youtube video we saw on the resort (by ticotych) have completely sold...

I know that the Couples website says that the airport transfer to resorts (we will be staying at CSS) is included; but I just wanted to double check.... It is included even if we fly using air...

We are Couples (and even Jamaica) virgins, and are searching for the perfect honeymoon spot.
So far it looks like San Souci will suit us best, but I had two quick questions:
