Absolutely unbelievable as to what you will find. We celebrated our "50th" in April. (Yes, we are still alive and vibrant). A couple we met and spent the most time with were on their honeymoon and in their early 30's. Go figure. In Jamaica " it is all good ". Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!!

mdionne, Certainly understand your question as we have been there. Our first AI experience was at a S resort in MoBay and was the best vacation we had ever had at that time. We immediately made reservations for two returns to other S resorts the next year. However after hearing all of the great buzz about Couples, we decided to try Couples, so we added three days (CN) to our next visit and was sold. True we did not have the Butler service (which we used very little), nor dark fancy furniture, but we had Internet service, catamaran, and resort scuba sessions at no additional cost. Plus we noted that they had more top-shelf premium liquors and beer options. Then on our next time we added CSA. We have now been to both CN and CSA twice.

In 51 days we return to Jamaica for seven days at CSS and three days at CTI. And we have already made reservations for CSA in May and CN in Nov.
[We understand that CSS has 24-hour room service if that is a factor]

Bottom line -- While we think both are great AI resorts, we have totally shifted to Couples. Dining is an important consideration to us and we have found while both are great, we give the edge to Couples. And to top it off, when we return each time, we both get a complementary massage (with no up-selling). The Travel & Leisure ratings certainly have it right.

Although it is a minor correction. Room service @ CSS is only from 6 AM to aa PM and not 24 hours. If you are hungry between 11 PM to 6 AM the Beach Grill is open

Thanks Richli2, Since we have not have not actually been there yet (Only 50 days more), we picked it up incorrectly. Also for the benefit of mdionne who initially posted this thread, I believe that all of the Couples resorts actually do a morning room service. All I know is that we have been more than pleased with Couples -- it is our vacation of choice.

don't you just love the ability to have these conversations with folks of common interest and those with lots of experience.
