This will be our first time to a couples resort and have booked for November. I was just wondering how easy it is to get into Lemongrass and Feathers? Can you go more than once? Are the other restaurants good for dinner as well? Everyone seems to favour Lemongrass.
We've been to CSA twice, with our third trip in exactly two weeks, and have never had trouble securing a reservation. Sometimes we've had to take a later time, but we've always managed to eat at both during our trips, occasionally more than once.
You shouldn't have trouble. When you get to CSA and finish checking in, go the concierge desk in the main lobby and make your reservations for dinner and the catamaran cruise.
Hope that helps!
It's not difficult to get into those restauants. Reservations are required so it's not likely, but possible, that you'll be able to get in on your first evening. The Palms and Patois are also very good restaurants for dinner. Yes, you can go to them more than once. What we did, during our week at CSA, was eat dinner at each of the restaurants once. We also attended the Beach Party for dinner one night as well as the Repeaters Dinner and reserved our last dinner for what we determined was our favorite restaurant. Have a great visit and enjoy the dining! 202 days and counting till we're home at CSA!!
You should have no problem getting reservations for either Lemongrass or Feathers in November, since it is not high season. We go in January, when it is very busy, and even then it is not a problem getting a reservation. If you are looking for a specific time, you might want to book 3 days in advance.
Unlike other AIs, there is no limit on the number of times that you may eat in the reservation restaurants.
We actually enjoy Patois Patios and the Palms also for dinner. The Palms has a very nice ala carte menu, along with the salad bar and pasta station. Patois Patio has some of the best appetizers (marlin dip - yum!), along with gourmet pizza and Caribbean influenced entrees.
We loved Feathers. We were there in August and ate there three times during our week (lucky because of the low occupancy). I would highly recommend. The key is being able to make reservations the day after you eat there...
We ate at Lemongrass once and enjoyed as well, but not near the meal as Feathers. Our next favorite was Patois..probably rate this as good as or maybe even a bit better than Lemongrass.
