I am in the process of booking my second trip to couples. I logged onto my "romance rewards" account and my first trip is not credited. I had the account set up before my first visit. I have sent two emails (to where the website directed me to) inquiring as to why my account does not reflect my first trip; however, both emails have been ignored. Does anyone have any suggestions on a specific person I should try to contact to ensure I get credited for my first stay? I can understand the first email being ignored, but the second, come on customer service!
