I'm sure there will be a lot of questions and complaining, but I think mainly people will want clarification on this:

"This is the much anticipated announcement regarding changes and enhancements to our Romance Rewards program that will become effective with arrivals starting April 15, 2011."

This is regardless of when your trip was booked, correct? Have fun with that! Lots not at Passionate will be complaining about the lost massages (despite the credits.)

On a personal note... Thank you for all the perks over the years, and all that you and Couples continue to do!

Neat! We enjoy getting the couples message that you used to have with the lower levels so I wanted to see how much that costs for next time. I don't see it in the brochure anywhere though. I see longer ones but not the half hour one that we enjoyed before. Can you let us know the price on that please? Are the prices the same at all the resorts? We will be staying at CSS and CSA. Thanks!!

    Default Wow !

We're passionate and that is wonderful ..... Having the $200 to spend is a real bonus, especially coming from the UK when we do a split stay - 2 x 7 nights - $400 - thanks Randy ...... We're already booked again for December.

Wish it were effective sooner! We'll be there April 2-9 and we're at Passionate. We'd happily forgo the $75 gift shop credit, room upgrade (which no one seems to get) and $100 check upon departure (which no one seems to get) in exchange for the $200 resort credit. Oh, well, it's all good!

#1..question....we booked early..we are receiving $300 resort credit for doing so....will be at Passionate level in January 2012...is the $200 credit added to the 300??? woo hoo!!! pictures for vow renewal, here we come...

#2...statement...a resort credit is being offered to different levels..therefore, a spa treatment or massage can be obtained...relax, enjoy...Irie!!!

#3....statement....minibars coming to CTI rooms!!!!! Fabulous!!!

#4....To believe one is supposed to receive perks from nights that are NOT paid for, makes me ponder whether they're of the "entitlement" driven thought process!!!

#5....It's ALL Good....Can't wait for 2012 to be back home...a fabulous time to rejuvenate....perks or not....they ARE nice though, and appreciated...

Does this mean that the $100 cheque on departure for stays of 7 paid nights or longer is no longer part of the Passionate Love Level?

Looks good, thanks. One quetion: how long do you remain at a level before starting over? For example, if we are at Passionate and take a one, two or three year break, do we remain at the same level or fall all the way back, one step a year, etc?

johnirene: the "$100 cheque" is not listed as a reward, so, YES, you read it correctly; it is no longer part of the Passionate Love Level!

Cool. Very precise. My husband hates massages (even after having one) so the resort credit is perfect. You can pick what you want to do with it. Thanks for recognizing and rewarding your customers that come back over and over. Couples.....awesome.

To Randymon. Thank-you for the rewards for return guest. NO other resort does that for returning guest. That is why Couples is so special. You don't have to do ANYTHING, but you do. THANK-YOU. We will be returning for our 4th time this September at the "Passionate" level with our friends who are "newbies". We talk about Couples resort, staff, food, etc. to others all the time on how GREAT it is to be there. Thanks again and see you soon.

Just checking ....... We booked last year and will be arriving in August and have the early booking bonus of $500 in resort credits. I am assuming the $200 resort credit will take the place of the prior perks and combine for a total of $700 in resort credits ??

    SWEEEEEEEEEEETTTT !!!!!

Don't get me wrong, the credits are awesome, but we would still return year after year without them. We plan on "coming home" every year as long as we possibly can !!!
Proud palapa hoarder since 2007 !!!
