Once you leave the plane you walk down a series of long hallways and ramps to get to the immigration area. You should have all your paperwork ready before hand. So you cruise through immigrations, depending on how many flights land at one time, this can be a lengthy or rapid process. There are bathrooms on the way so I'd recommend you use them if necessary rather than try to outrun your fellow passengers, there could be 2 planeloads ahead of you already. Once through you get your luggage, then head to a big area full of little lounges for each of the resorts. The Couples one is in the back left. There you check in, someone takes your bags (you need to tip these guys, so have a handful of $1 ready) and you can get free beer while you wait...for a shuttle anyway. Not sure what happens with TimAir.

Note that you get your luggage only if you checked any, and, in either case, you must pass through customs before proceeding to the lounge.

The TimAir counter will be on your right in the middle of the arrival area as you walk toward the Couples lounge. Just ask anyone for a TimAir rep. They usually are readily identified by their bright yellow shirts with the TimAir logo.

The TimAir website has a fair amount of detail on the process http://www.timair.net/arrival.htm

I hesitate to point you there because at least one piece is out of date.
The part about "Go down the stairs and if you have checked luggage, you can retrieve it from the appropriate carousel..." is from before the remodeling of the airport (Immigration and Customs are now both on the first floor and there are no stairs to go down), however the information under Arriving TimAir Passenger Information appears to be correct.
