My niece just returned from her honeymoon at CTI. As expected, she loved it, but she was most impressed by the food. This is no small accomplishment. She is a trained chef and very, very picky about food. Few restaurants meet her standards. She told me she was expecting typical, buffet style food and about the level of quality you would get on most cruise ships, but she was absolutely blown away by the quality of food. She couldn't stop raving about how great the food was.
My compliments to Chef Spath his entire team. You folks rock.
We have always felt the same way. From our very first trip in 1995 to our most recent in November of 2011, the quality of the food has always made a big impression on us. And with that said, we still run in to people who have one complaint after another about all that is prepared every day. I guess you can't please everyone all the time. But that's okay. I don't think that they have to.
