    Default Coffee and customs

If we bring coffee home does it have to be declared ? Do we go through the regular line or do we have to go through Agriculture ? Thanks.

We just got back to the U.S. yesterday, went through customs in Orlando. We brought back around $30 worth of coffee, wrote it down on the form, and went through the regular line with no problem. (We checked 'no' in the box about agricultural products.)

Everything has to be declared, but no, you don't need to go through dept of ag.... you go through the regular line.

You are required to declare all items purchased outside of the country that you are bringing into the U.S., and you'll just go through the regular customs line. Below is a link to the Customs and Border Patrol website that explains how to fill out the customs form:

I know everything, and I'm always right (just ask my husband).
