    Never had it or heard of it, but it sounds like a no brainer, right? I normally don't share my culinary ideas until I try them out first, but I figure that anyone can get a container of plain Athenos and stir some Walkerswood or Busha Brown's into it! I'll still work on a "from scratch" version.

    Sounds good to me!!

    But I myself perfer Sabra hummus.

    Nice :-) Great idea, Dan! Lemme know how it works out. Mendy makes a mean hummus and flat bread, so if the jerk hummus works, we'll try it!

    Don't know about the jerk, but I've been stiring in Busha Brown's Pukka hot pepper sauce into my Athenos and Fritto's bean dip for years. I say go for it and let us know! are you mad, or a genius!

    That's funny, I was actually eating Sabra's Roasted Red Pepper when I thought of it. More to come...
