    Default 1st visit to Jamaica

    Hi All!
My hubby and I will be at CSS May 26th - June 2. This is our 1st trip to Jamaica. We are so excited!!! We will be celebrating our anniversary with a vow renewal. We are staying in a beachfront suite. What are the "must knows" and "must do's" for first timers? Thanks!

The beachfront suites were recently updated. Very nice room. The wedding gazebo would be a great place for a vow renewal. Don't forget to find the martini bar. Welcome to Couples and have a great trip!

Cat cruise. Snorkeling. Night Snorkeling. Diving. Beach Bonfire. Beach Party. AN Beach. Miami Vice's. Casino Night. O'Teheti for dinner.

If you're looking to see waterfalls off sight, check out Mayfield Falls. Really nice and not as crowded or far away as other falls.

    Hi Jmwhit!

Our first trip is on May 6th to CTI, I liked reading the thread "I wish I would have thought of that" and just keep up with the message board and it will have lots of tips from others that have been there. There are lots of helpful folks here. Congrats on your vow renewal and the best thing I have read on here is...... Relax and Enjoy and we are planning on doing alot of both.

Got to get some jerk chicken...say at Scotchie's in Ocho Rios (or Montego Bay).

GOT to spend some time at Sunset Beach. Go over there on your very first day at CSS. Maybe take a "Trading Places" visit to Tower Isle (just down the road from CSS)....and go over to the island. It's a fantastic, 100% unique setting. Nothing else like it...certainly not in Jamaica...and probably nowhere else in the world.

    El Duderino,
OP says they are going to CSS. No Cat cruise as there is a big reef in front of the cove and the cats cannot get in. Also, no bonfire, or O'Teheti.
