We have already booked to go to CB next year. We are keen golfers and book 3 weeks in the sun to play at a time of year that the golf at home is rubbish. We were very disappointed to read on the message board about the restricted golf arrangements. There is no mention of these on the main website. We have been to CTI many times, and once to CN, where the golf is every day, and we thought this would be the same in CB. Also, the minibus taking you to golf at CTI and CN leaves at 8.00, so you are back in time for a late lunch, then a lazy afternoon. Unless we are able to get a tee time before 10.00 this won't be possible, and missing lunch would be something we would be reluctant to do. We usually play 3 times a week, and never on consecutive days. We don't dive or sail, this is the only 'inclusion' that we really make use of. We would be much happier if the arrangements were, at least, the same as those you have in place for guests arriving before December 22nd.
We have negotiated a rate with the club that allows us to include it during your stay. Additional rounds during their busiest times would cost you over $100. This is the best we can do. The alternative is to not include golf at all which, in our view, is not an option.
Randymon (or anyone else who has golfed there) - can you please answer the following:
- How far from the resort is the golf club?
- How much to rent clubs?
- Heard a cart is $25 is that correct?
- Water on the course?
