I'm posting on the message board because I've not had any response to my email to Romance Rewards directly. We registered for RR immediately following our holiday at CN in October 2007 (RR ref 00010539). We've just booked a return trip to CSA for Janaury 2010 and want to make sure we get all the repeaters benefits. But our RR account is showing a nil balance of points despite our previous 14 night trip. How do we get this resolved please?

I would email them again. It may help if you include the booking number (If you have it), everyone's name, dates of check in and check out, your RR# and the resort. so they should be able to look it up. It will take a week or two for them to get back with you.
Something may have happened just when you signed up. Back in late 2007, the program went through a big change and improvement.
