Default Trading Places - what not to miss at CN?

We are going to be at CSA in December, and plan on doing the Trading Places to CN for the day. Just wondering what things to not miss out on while at CN? Where to go for Breakfast and Lunch, and what to eat? Anything drinks we should make sure to try? Any suggestions would be great!

Breakfast you only have one choice at CN and that's Cassava and it's wonderful. You can fill a plate and carry it out to the beach if you like or sit at the tables just outside Cassava and overlook the pool.

Lunch is at Cassava or Heliconia. Try both but for sure stop by the bar at Cassava when you're done and have them mix you a smoothie and add some Appleton Rum to get your afternoon started on the right foot.

If you've never done it before, try the AN beach, even if you only stay for 30 minutes. It's liberating! (and don't forget to apply lots of sunscreen to those places normally hidden from the sun).

And of course take a long walk on the beach.

    ENJOY! your visit...

Be sure to make a trip down the beach to the Office of Nature and meet some of the local folks. Bring some cash and share a beer with them while you're there.

Well if you're asking us we say you have to try the AN beach out! Most likely you'll get hooked though and then you'll have to leave so maybe that isn't such a good idea.

I would for sure enjoy the beach and try to make it down to Office of Nature for some fresh lobster. Enjoy!

Just chill at the swim-up bar - it gets much more action than the one at CSA. Have a couple of Bob Marleys and then attempt to go over the waterfall! LOL
