    Default Thank you to Chef Spath

    We made the Papaya Ginger Glazed Turkey this year and it was absolutely fabulous! I think it's one of the best turkey recipes we've used and will be repeated. Wonderful job creating such flavors!

    OH , I WILL be making the pan seared duck w/ mango chutney for New Years'---looking forward to chatting with Chef in person!!!
