I also have a question regarding the beach. At Swept Away we spent hours just floating on the water. Is the beach calm enough? I am also interested in the sand at the beach. That resort calls to me, however my husband fell in love with the beach at Swept Away

    thanks.

CSS beach is in a cove and so the water is calm and you can float just like at CSA. The sand isn't as soft, but the resort is so wonderful. We love the place.

    DEBBIELEEH,

We've stayed at CSS twice and will make it a third in April. Here's a link to some of the pictures we took during 2008 http://www.flickr.com/photos/ecsimso...7608740935393/ and 2009 http://www.flickr.com/photos/ecsimso...7621684193991/. We stayed in a one bedroom ocean suite both times and will be trying out the beachfront suite on our next visit. Wally...great pictures!!! Makes us homesick.

    Default Awesome photos!

The more pix we see, the more we are ready to go! I am starting the countdown today! Yippee! Let me know who will be at SS when we will be there - Feb 24th - March 3rd. We are 53 & 54 years old - five kids - five grandkids - a dog who thinks she is a kid! Looking forward to our trip so much!

    Wally,
I love your pics of CSS. We are getting married there May 5th. We are staying in a 1 BR Beachfront Suite as well. I have seen pics of these rooms that shows your type of decor and I have seen pics with all white bedding that doesn't look as nice as your room. Which block and floor did you stay on? Do you recommend the 3rd floor for the best view of the ocean and resort?
Thanks for posting the beautiful pics!

IOWAGUY, is the James Bond suite a penthouse? Is it in D building? Is it on the roof? Love the view.

IOWAGUY...Love that third picture...with the Hobis showing through!

    Ky2jamaica...

Thanks. We were in B4 (block B, first floor). I wanted third floor just for the view, but they were all booked and this is the only one they had left. My wife liked first floor because there were no stairs. Building block A is in front of the main pool and swim up bar. Room B4 is on the oposite end of block B (4th room from the Palazzina end). All rooms in blocks A and B face the ocean.

Here is a shot the patios for B4 and B5 and the balconies on second floor above.

Here are a couple of shots from our patio. Thye Starlight Gala is set up on the lawn you see here:
