I'm thinking about joining in with the yoga classes while I'm at CTI in March, but I'm a little concerned they might be too advanced for me. I haven't taken a class before, although I've always wanted to. I've only dabbled in yoga in the comfort of my living room with a dvd. And I'm not very flexible. I'm sure I look like an idiot.

Am I going to be in over my head? Should I just sleep in instead?
