    Default CSA - fabulous management

    We recently spent our 4th visit to CSA and for the first time experienced some problems with our room amenities. It was nothing intolerable, but not to Couples standards from our previous experience. To make a long story short, the problem was resolved prior to our departure and the General Manager very generously gave us a comp for our next visit. This is one more example on how Couples (specifically CSA) goes the extra mile to make their "guests" feel very special. Can hardly wait for our next visit in December ..... CSA rocks!!

    Did it have to do with no hot water and sometimes no water at all?
