Default Decided on CSA now which room category

An unobstructed ocean view is a must. What is the best room category? Decided on CSA because it seems like a good mix. Has the beach and pool volleyballs. for SO more places for him to explore if he gets bored . For me ocean ocean ocean! Also seems more tropical than CN. Want to book for 2011 next week to take advantage of great pricing.

Beach Front, Beach Front Veranda or Great House.

Hi Jam you made a great choice with CSA. For a guaranteed ocean view your only option may be the Great House Jacuzzi Suite. The rooms are in the Great House so you will have more of a hotel feel but they are some of the newest rooms at CSA. The Beachfront and Beachfront Verandah Suites have views that may be partially blocked by the foliage. We're hardly ever in the room so to us the extra money isn't worth paying for the view. If we want to see the ocean we go down to it...lol. Good luck with your choice and enjoy your time in Paradise!

You made a great decision. You are going to love the beach and the beach drink service. It's so indulgent. As far as the room goes, if you want an ocean view, then go for a Beachfront Suite or a Beachfront Verandah Suite. The Ocean Verandah Suites mostly all have ocean views, but they can be obstructed by the palms trees. Even some Atrium and Garden Verandah Suite rooms have an ocean view. Have a blast. You are going to be smiling from ear to ear once you make your reservation. We love CSA and are going back for our second time this fall.

For an UNOBSTRUCTED view of the beach, you need to put a lounger on it. Sorry, but that's SweptAway... plenty of beach (the best in our opinion)... and its lined between the Palms and the GreatHouse with plenty of palm trees (ok, maybe a few gaps around the original Beachfront Suites).

We had a view of the ocean from our Garden Verandah Suite (Room 4308). Maybe it was because it was 3rd floor corner but we had a nice view from our verandah.

Jam, no matter what anyone says "do not" reserve a Garden or Ocean Verandah Suite if you need an ocean view to make your trip complete. Here's a picture of our view from Ocean Verandah Suite room 3210. It was on the second floor and right in line with the foliage of the palm trees. Our friends also stayed in an Ocean Verandah Suite next to the Great House and they didn't have an ocean view either.
