Here's what I came up with. It's not exactly like they make at home, but I think it's pretty close. I use the basic ingredients but usually don't have the papaya for it.

    Jamaican Browning

    1 Shot Rum Cream
    2 Shots Creme de Cacao
    2 Shots Milk
    1 Shot Simple Syrup

    and forgive me but .....

a good squirt of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup !!!

    Add ice and blend

Just an FYI about rum cream (at least about Appleton's)...we went on the tour of Appleton's factory & hubby had an interesting question. Where can we (from NC) buy rum cream? The answer was: not in our state. Certain states don't allow sales of rum cream (I did not know this). However, when we go visit the parents in FL, we will DEFINITELY be stopping by the liquor store to get some (it is sold in FL, per the tour guide). Rum cream is the one ingredient we are missing to try to recreate some of the FABULOUS drinks from CSA!
