Does anyone have the "recipe" for Jerk Seasoning (the dry kind). I brought home a jar of the paste which is very hot and it is 3/4 gone. I found a recipe that I would like to try and it is suppose to use the dry Jerk seasoning. I think someone posted it here before but when I did a search I could not find it.
I use walkerswood. You can get it on ebay. I dilute the paste with chicken stock then use it as a marinade and put any leftover sauce on rice. It's the best you can get as far as I'm concerned. Just my thoughts.
