    Default Romance Rewards ?

    About how long does it take to get a response when you submit an email question regarding your Romance Rewards account? I emailed Sean Monday and just want to be sure it is addressed before we head out to Sans Souci in 2 weeks.

    I never got responses to any emails I sent via the website. I sent a lot of them too. I did get responses on here but they pretty much just said to call so that it what I did. After leaving a bunch of messages I eventually got someone else who was able to help me over the phone for some of the things.

    I wrote 6 months ago. Never had a response. Been to CSS and back. Still no posting to my account. I'm giving up....

    I find it hard to believe that no one has received and responded to your e.mail.
    Any time we have posted or sent an e.mail we have received a response from Sean or Randy with in 2 to 3 days at the most. If they are not on site we usually hear from customer service.
    I am sure if you re-post or send your email again you will hear back from them!

    I sent one a week ago and have not heard back. I need info re: my RR number and acessing the rewards this November when I return for the 3rd time.

    I don't understand why we have 43 days and are only at Renewed Love. I guess I just don't know how it works.
    Seanmon can you check if this is correct?
